摘  要:62SP齿轮箱联结液压泵的输出轴上轴承发生了损坏,而轴承的设计计算、安装方法、密封和润滑及产品质量都满足使用要求,对齿轮箱拆解后检测,损坏轴承的输出轴两端轴承孔的同轴度达到应用要求,轴承的外圈与轴承座孔及挡肩产生了滑动摩擦,经过分析可知,轴承出现了异常温升,内部不存在游隙,导致轴承保持架折断,内外圈滚道发生挤压塑性变形,最终产生轴承损坏,齿轮箱不能正常运转。齿轮箱内的轴承设计时一般选用普通游隙,在特殊工况下,必须计算轴承工作时的游隙是否满足使用要求。The bearing of 62SP gearbox output shaft which is connected with hydraulic pump is damaged, the design calculation, method of installation, sealing, lubricating and quality of product of the bearing meets the requirements of use. The gearbox is disassembled and detected, the bearing hole coaxiality to lerance of the output shaft meets the requirements of use too. After analysis, abnor- mal temperature rise occurred to the bearing, then there is no radial clearance in the bearing, the bearing cage is broken, extrusion of plastic deformation in the inner and outer ring raceway of the bearing happened, so the bearing is damaged and the gearbox will not operate properly. Generally speaking, the bearing of gearbox is designed with common radial clearance, but under special condi- tions, the radial clearance at work of bearing must be calculated more accurate and whether it is suit- able.
