摘 要:说明了电动汽车蓄电池充电技术的研究背景。在分析了快速充电的优点及常用的快速充电方法和均衡控制方法的基础上,提出了新型的带有均衡控制的电动汽车蓄电池大电流安全快速充电方法。其中快速充电方式选用多阶段恒流充电法,均衡控制则采用Cuk拓扑结构的能量转移式方法。另外,过温报警充分保证了充电过程的安全。设计了合理的比较实验,验证了所设计的充电方法在安全性、快速性、能效性方面都具有很强的优势,具有很强的科研与实用价值。The research background of charging technology for electric vehicle battery was described. Based on the analysis of fast charging benefits, commonly used fast charging methods and balancing control methods, a new safely fast charging method at large current with balancing control was put forward. Multi-stage constant current charging method was taken as fast charging mode and energy transferred method with Cuk topological structure for balancing control. In addition, over-temperature alarm guarantees the safety during charging. Some reasonable comparison experiments were designed, verifying the designed charging method has strong advantages in safety, speed and energy efficiency, so it has study and practical value.
