摘  要:虚拟专用网络VPN,作为一门网络新技术,主要的功能是提供公用网络对企业内部专用网络的远程访问。这种访问是安全、可靠的,可以为企业内部网的数据提供高度的安全保护。供配电系统是国民经济的重要一环,对供配电系统关键设备的监控是保证电力可靠运行的有力措施。供配电监控系统分为集中监控和远程监控两种。集中监控因为地域的局限性而逐渐被远程监控所代替,而远程监控一般由现场控制部分和远程通信部分构成。远程通信的技术要点主要有两个:一个是数据传输的速度;另一个是数据传输的安全性;而VPN技术是保证数据安全访问的最好办法。介绍了利用VPN技术构建供配电远程监控系统的技术要点、整体设计。经系统分析可知,该设计运行可靠,有一定推广价值。Virtual private network ( VPN ), as a new technology of network, the main function is to provide the public network remote access to enterprise internal private network. This access is safe and reliable, and can provide Intranet data with a high degree protection of security. Power supply and distribution system is an important part of national economy, monitoring the key equipments of the system is the effective measure for power reliable operation. Power supply and distribution monitoring system is divided into two kinds, centralized monitoring and remote monitoring. Because of geographical limitations, centralized monitoring is gradually replaced by remote monitoring, and remote monitoring contains site control part and telecommunication part. The technical points of the remote communication mainly have two aspects, one is the speed of data transmission; the other one is the security of data transmission. The VPN technology is the best way to ensure the safety of data access. The main technical points and overall design of building the remote monitoring system of power supply and distribution using VPN technology were introduced. Through system analysis, the design has certain promotion value with reliable operation.
