摘 要:对于空间目标成像探测和科学成像应用,通常要求成像设备的动态范围达到60dB以上。为了对高动态场景进行实时有效观测,设计了一种利用数字微镜器件(DMD)作为像素级空间光调制器的成像系统。为了消除镜元与像元不匹配造成的采集图像失真,实现像素级的调光控制,提出一种利用摩尔条纹相位性质装调测试系统的方法,控制调光位置精度达到0.4pixel。在此基础上提出一种高效实时的调光算法,利用DMD调制每一个像素的有效积分时间,调光后图像熵值优于调光前。实验结果表明,DMD调光成像系统能够对约90dB动态范围场景进行调光成像,并实时输出显示,帧频达90frame/s。The dynamic range of imaging system usually needs to be above 60dB in the application of space imaging exploring and scientific imaging.In order to observe the high dynamic scene which is valid and in real time,we design a system by making use of the digital micro-mirror device(DMD)as the imaging system which is used for the pixel level and space light adjustment.We advance a method by using the physical characteristics of Moire pattern to adjust the system to remove the distortion which is caused by mismatch between the mirror and the pixel unit,it can achieve the pixel level adjustment and the precision of the position is less than 0.4pixel.We also provide a fast algorithm based on this method,and then appropriately adjust the valid exposed time of every pixel based on the micro-mirror device.As a result,the image entropy value is better than the value without adjusting the light.Experimental results show that we can obtain the direct imaging and real time display that can reach about 90frames in one second under the high dynamic scene that is about 90dB in this experiment.
