植皮联合VSD处理足踝创伤的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察负压封闭引流（VSD）装置结合游离植皮在治疗足踝创伤性皮肤缺损中的临床疗效。方法：20例足踝皮肤缺损的患者，一期先行清创手术，之后使用VSD持续负压吸引创面7～14d，待创面新鲜无感染、肉芽新鲜时，行二期厚皮片或中厚皮片移植覆盖创面后继续予以VSD治疗10～14d。结果：移植皮片全部成活，无感染等并发症发生。结论：对于下肢足踝皮肤缺损患者，采用VSD联合植皮冶疗可有效助组织瓣修复创面，提高皮片成活率，降低感染风险。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） device combined with free skin graft in the treatment of ankle skin defects. Methods： 20 cases of patients with ankle skin defects were treated first by surgical debridement, followed by continuous suction of wound using VSD 7 to 14 days, until the wound fresh and free from infection ,when granulation was fresh, thick shin graft was applied to cover the wound, then continued to use VSD for 10 to 14 days. Results： All skin grafts survived without infection and other complications. Conclusion： For patients with lower limb ankle skin defects, skin grafting combined VSD can effectively help the flap to repair wounds, improve skin graft survival and reduce the risk of infection.
