摘 要:为提高车用汽油机的热功转换效率和能力,对其影响因素进行了研究.针对某款典型车用汽油机进行台架试验,实测各种影响汽油机缸内工作过程的参数.通过对实测数据进行交叉对比,总结得出一些共性规律:燃烧效率是过量空气系数的单值/线性函数;50%燃烧点位置与最高爆发压力位置呈近似线性关系,后者稍微滞后于前者,且随着转速的增大,这两个点逐渐靠近;点火提前角与50%燃烧点位置呈近似线性关系(斜率为负);高压循环指示热效率峰值出现在50%燃烧点,位于上止点后6~10°CA处;高压循环指示平均压力主要受进气参数的影响,缸内过程的影响处于次要地位.To improve the efficiency of heat-work conversion process of automotive gasoline engine, the influencing factors of in-cylinder heat-work conversion process were studied. Based on bench tests, various parameters which influence gasoline engine working process were measured. Through the cross-comparison and analysis of those related parameters, some common trends were revealed. The combustion efficiency has a linear relationship with the relative RAt but is seldom influenced by other parameters. There is an approximate linear relationship between 50% burnt location and PCP location, but the latter slightly lags behind the former. With the increase of engine speed, the two locations get closer. There is also a linear relationship between 50% burnt location and spark advance angle, but with a negative slope. Under test conditions, the maximum indicated thermal efficiency occurs when the 50%, burnt location is located between 6-10° CA ATDC; IMEP of high pressure loop mainly depends on the intake air parameter derived from this study, while the other parameters are in the second order.
