醒脑通督针法结合益智汤治疗血管相关性智能障碍的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价醒脑通督针法结合益智汤治疗血管相关性智能障碍的疗效分析。方法选择本院脑病科住院患者辨证为肾精不足、髓海空虚的中风后遗症及脑外伤综合征的病例符合入选标准的患者,分治疗组35例,对照组26例,2组均给予内科常规检查,治疗组以醒脑通督针法结合益智汤治疗,对照组以传统针灸取穴及中药辨证治疗,评价治疗前后简易智能量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力(ADL)及生存质量评估(MRS),以总体评价醒脑通督针法结合益智汤治疗血管相关性智能障碍的临床疗效。结果临床统计表明对脑损伤后智能障碍患者可提高生活质量,改善智能及日常生活能力。结论上述方法治疗脑损伤后智能障碍患者可提高生活质量,改善智能及日常生活能力,对于脑血管疾病或颅脑损伤患者,能够起到减慢痴呆发展的作用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xingnao unblocking acupuncture combined with Yizhi Decoction in the treatment of vascular related disabilities. Methods The patients with encephalopathy syndrome including deficiency of the kidney essence, marrow sea emptiness of stroke as sequelae and traumatic brain injury syndrome were divided into the treatment group（35 cases） and control group（26 cases）, and all cases of two groups were given routine examination in the department of internal medicine and basic treatment.While the treatment group was treated with Xingnao Yizhi decoction treatment in combination with Tongdu method, the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture point and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment. Mini-mental state examination （MMSE）, activity of daily living （ADL） and the evaluation of quality of life （MRS） were evaluated before and after treatment, which did help for the overall effect of Xingnao unblocking acupuncture combined with evaluation of Yizhi decoction in the treatment of vascular related disabilities. Results The clinical statistics showed that the brain intelligent disorder patients could improve the quality of life after injury, improve intelligence and the ability of daily living. Conclusion For cerebrovascular disease or brain injury patients, the effect of Xingnao unblocking acupuncture combined with Yizhi decoction for improving the quality of life after injury, improving intelligence and the ability of daily life can slow down the development of dementia.
