摘  要:为防止煤巷掘进过程中发生煤与瓦斯突出事故,保证煤巷掘进安全,采用局部超前钻孔法对煤体高应力集中区进行卸压增透,并利用数值模拟分析通顺煤矿煤巷掘进中巷道工作面和巷道两帮应力分布的状态及煤岩破碎的范围,优化设计局部超前防突钻孔工作面深度及巷道上、下帮钻孔控制范围,并对现场应用效果进行检验。结果 表明:巷道工作面应力集中区为2~9 m,破碎范围为0~2 m;巷道上帮高应力集中区为4~5 m,破碎范围为0~3 m;巷道下帮高应力集中区为3~4 m,破碎范围为0~2 m。优化后的超前钻孔能使煤与瓦斯突出预测敏感指标超限情况大幅减少,煤巷掘进速度提高1倍左右。In order to prevent coal and gas outbursts and ensure safety during coal roadway driving, the working face 021710 of Tongshun coal mine wsa taken as object of study, local advance drilling to decrease high stress and increase permeability was applicated, numerical simulation was used to analyze stress distribution and crushing range of rock of head of roadway and two sides of roadway. Parameters including borehole's depth of roadway head and control range of two sides of roadway of local advance drilling were optimized. The results show that stress concentration area was from 2 to 9 meters and crushing zone 0 to 2 meters, high stress area of upper side 4 to 5 meters and crushing zone 0 to 3 meters, high stress area of lower side 3 to 4 meters and crushing zone 0 to 2 meters, and that spot advance drilling can make it difficult for prediction sensitive index of coal and gas outburst to exceed the critical value and excavating speed in- crease to about 2 times.
