摘 要:为降低地铁区间施工对周边既有建筑物的破坏损失,从建筑物本身和地铁施工之间关系的角度,对北京地铁14号线及其周边既有建筑物进行调研、评估。归纳出地铁施工影响建筑物变形的几种常见因素及破坏形式。利用有限元软件Midas/GTS建模,分析各因素对建筑的影响结果表明,土的弹性模量对地表建筑物沉降影响较大;随隧道埋深的增加,埋深对地表建筑物的影响逐渐减小并趋于稳定;圆形隧道施工时,建筑物稳定性高于其他隧道断面形式;建筑物结构整体性越好,发生不均匀沉降的可能越小。最后与沿线工程监测数据进行对比,进一步验证了地铁施工对周围建筑物的影响建模分析结果 。To better reduce building damage and losses caused by metro construetion, buildings along 14th line of Beijing metro were investigated from perspective of relationship between buildings and metro construction. Several common factors affecting building deformation and failure modes during metro con- struction were summarized. Finite element software Midas/GTS-based modeling was made . The results show that elastic modulus of soil has a great impact on settlement of surface buildings,that with increase of tunnel buried depth, influence of construction on surface building is gradually reduced and tends to be stable, that for forms of tunnel cross-section,influence of circular-section tunnel construction on building is the smallest,and that better the structural integrity of building is, the smaller the possibility of uneven subsidence will be . The modeling results conforms to the project monitoring data.
