摘 要:为进一步提高非煤矿山井下紧急避险设施供氧可靠性,通过系列模拟试验,测量氧烛(300 L)的产氧量、产氧速率、利用率、有毒有害气体含量、燃烧噪声、表面温度等基础参数,探讨其对矿用避险空间生存环境的影响。结果表明,各项测试数据符合紧急避险设施相关要求,将氧烛作为非煤矿山井下紧急避险系统的应急备用氧源,与常规供氧方式(压风供氧、压缩氧气瓶供氧)配合使用是可行的。这种氧烛的表面温度、产氧速率波动等问题有待解决。For the sake of improving the oxygen supplying reliability of emergency refuge facility in non- coal mine. Firstly, basic parameters of an example of chlorate oxygen candle (300 L) , such as the oxygen /low rates, oxygen production efficiency, contents of toxic gases, combustion noise, surface temperature, were measured through a series. Its'operational performance in the refuge space has also been researched. The tests results suggested that chlorate oxygen candle can be used as an emergency oxygen source for emergency refuge facilities in non-coal mine, and that combined with the general oxygen sources of emergency refuge system in underground mine, it can improve the safety and reliability of the oxygen-supply system, and has good application prospects in deep high temperature mines. For the candle, problems of unstable oxygen production rate and heat generation need to he solved.
