摘  要:[目的]研究城市餐厨垃圾厌氧消化液对番茄生长及产量、品质的影响。[方法]以番茄品种无限大果T-63为试验材料,在田间试验中设置不同叶面施肥配方。[结果]不同配方叶面肥均可促进番茄植株生长,但喷洒餐厨垃圾厌氧消化液的效果最好,其番茄植株地上部分与地下部分干重均为各处理组最高。餐厨垃圾厌氧消化液处理组的番茄平均单果重达到101.4 g,相比对照增加了16.27%,同时显著提高番茄品质,番茄VC含量达到264.78 mg/kg,高出对照组17.76%。[结论]城市餐厨垃圾厌氧消化液在番茄叶面施肥中具有较好的应用前景。[ Objective ] To study effects of anaerobically digested effluent of municipal food waste on the yield and quality of tomato. [ Method ] Infinite fruit tomato T-63 was taken as the test material, while different formula were used for foliage spray in the field experiment. [ Result ] Either formula could improve the growth of tomato plant, but spraying anaerobically digested effluent of municipal food waste lead to the best performance, in which both the dry weights of above-ground part and under-ground part of tomato plant were the highest among four treat- ments. In addition, in the treatment with anaerobically digested effluent of municipal food waste, the mean fruit weight of tomato was approximately 101.4 g, 16.27% higher than that in the control treatment. Whereas the content of Vc reached 264.78 mg/g, which was 17.76% higher than that in the control treatment. [ Conclusion] The anaerobically digested effluent of municipal food waste could be efficient for tomato' s leaf fertilizer.
