摘 要:该研究对23年生水曲柳不同颜色细根全氮含量、质膜透性、根系活力和呼吸速率进行了研究。结果表明:①不同颜色水曲柳细根全氮含量随根序升高而显著减小,1级褐色根和皱缩根全氮含量均较高;②随着颜色的加深,细根质膜透性呈现出显著的上升趋势,白色根质膜透性最低,皱缩根质膜透性最高;③1级根细胞呼吸速率不随全氮含量增加增大,而与根活力具有密切关系。根活力高,呼吸速率越大,反之,呼吸速率越小。The whole nitrogen content, membrane permeability, root activity and respiration rate were studied in 23-year-old Fraxinus mand- shurica fine roots with different colors. The results showed that: ① The nitrogen content in different color fine root was decreased as the root order increased. The nitrogen content was higher in the first brown and shriveled root than in the other roots, which is in higher order and different color. ② With color deepening, fine root membrane permeability was increased significantly. ③ The root respiration rate was not increased with the increasing of nitrogen content, but had a close relationship with the root vigor
