鸡新城疫血凝和血凝抑制试验实训实习效果分析

摘　　要：[目的]对某养鸡场的鸡新城疫抗体进行血清学检测，以有效评估鸡群的免疫状态，制定合理免疫程序。[方法]对永州市某养鸡场病鸡进行鸡新城疫血凝（HA）和血凝抑制（HI）试验，检测鸡新城疫抗体水平。[结果]在检测的60份血样中鸡新城疫抗体效价为1：8—1：4。鸡新城疫抗体效价≥1：16（410g2）的占13．3％，鸡新城疫抗体效价≥1：8（3lo2）的占21．7％，鸡新城疫抗体效价〈1：4（2log2）的占65％。[结论]该鸡场鸡群鸡瘟疫苗免疫失败。[ Objective ] The research aimed to make the serological test on the chicken newcastle disease antibody in a chicken farm, evaluate the immune state of chicken effectively and establish reasonable immune procedure. [ Method] The hemagglutination test and hemagglutination inhibition test were macle on the diseased chicken in a chicken farm in Yongzhou City to detect the antibody level of chicken newcastle disease. [ Result] The antibody titer of newcastle disease in 60 detected blood samples was 1：8 - 1： 4. The blood samples with the chicken newcastle disease antibody titer of ≥ 1：16 （4log2 ）took 13.3 %, and that with the chicken newcastle disease antibody titer of ≥ 1：8 （3log2 ）took 21.7 %, and that with the chicken newcastle disease antibody titer of 1 ： 4 （2log2 ） took 65 %. [ Conclusion ] The immunization of newcastle disease vaccine in this chicken farm failed.
