摘　　要：农民工现象是中国特色社会主义市场经济中的重要特征,是我国工业化、现代化、城镇化过程中特殊的经济现象。农民工党员的特殊性、流动性给的农民工党建工作和党的基层组织建设带来了巨大的考验。因此,在全面建设小康社会的战略机遇期,弄清农民工党建工作和党的基层组织建设的交互关系,有利于增强农民工党员的归属感,充分发挥农民工党员的先锋模范作用,使农民工党建工作和党的基层组织建设统一于中国特色社会主义建设实践之中。The phenomenon of migrant workers is an important feature of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. And it is a special economic phenomenon in process of industrialization, modernization, urbanization in China. The specificity and liquidity of migrant workers party members has brought great challenges to the migrant workers work of party building and the party＇ s organization construction. Therefore, in the comprehensive construction well-off society＇ s strategic opportunity period, we should try to find out the interaction between migrant workers＇ party construction and the party＇s basic-level organization construction. It＇s good to strengthen migrant workers party mem- ber＇ s sense of belonging, and it＇ s good .for them to play exemplary roles. It can also make the migrant workers＇ party construction and the party＇ s basic-level organization construction unified in the Chinese characteristic socialist construction practice
