针刺对机械通气伴腹腔高压患者治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察针刺治疗对机械通气伴腹腔高压综合征的患者的治疗效果。[方法]将80例伴有腹腔高压综合征的机械通气患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用针刺治疗。观察两组患者腹内压的改变及两组患者机械通气时间、重症医学科住院天数,比较使用两种方法治疗腹腔高压的有效性和安全性。[结果]针刺治疗可明显降低机械通气伴腹腔高压患者的腹腔内压,从而减少患者机械通气时间及重症医学科住院天数。[结论]在常规治疗的基础上应用针刺治疗可显著改善患者的腹腔高压情况,减少机械通气时间和重症医学科住院时间。[Objective] To investigate the efficacy and safety for the acupuncture and moxibustion in critical ventilated patients with abdominal hypertension. [Methods] A total of 80 cases of ventilated patients with abdominal hypertension were randomly divided into two groups：40 cases in the control group which received the conventional treatment;another 40 cases in the treatment group which received the convention treatment combined with the acupuncture and moxibustion. The intra-abdominal pressure of patients and duration of Mechanic Ventilation and stay in ICU were measured to compare the efficacy and safety between the control and treatment groups. [Results] The intra-abdominal pressure of the treatment group was significantly decreased. The Median duration of Mechanic Ventilation and stay in ICU of the treatment group also have a significantly shorter than that of the control group. [Conclusion] Acupuncture and moxibustion could remarkably decrease abdominal hypertension and improve respiratory failure.
