摘　　要：提出了宁波市水利信息化综合管理平台的总体框架结构,着重解决基础地理空间和水利专题信息的存储、管理、高速访问和二三维一体化等关键技术,构建了水利信息化综合管理平台,为水利信息资源科学高效管理和辅助决策提供强有力的支撑。This article presented the overall framework for the system structure of Ningbo water information system, effectively solving problems such as the massive data storage, management, fast access and two or three dimensional integration technology. The water information management system was designed and realized, which provided a powerful technical and data support to water information resources sharing and decision- making.
