摘　　要：从各级政府部门对应急地图的需求出发,结合《部门应急工作用图》编制与更新的实践经验,提出用图响应机制,并从符号库的设计与制作、地理底图的设计与制作以及专题要素的表示方法等方面具体阐述了快速出图的作业程序。From the aspect of emergency mapping requirements of government departments, based on the experience of Department Emergency Working Map program, this paper proposed an intelligent solution which could shorten the production time of map to the emergency support. This paper also discussed the rapid way of mapmaking from the design of symbols, the design and production of base maps, and the representation of thematic elements.
