摘　　要：电子资源在信息社会发挥着越来越重要的作用。调查发现,图书馆的电子资源在读者使用过程中存在利用率较低的问题,主要原因在于读者对其不了解、需求少。从心理学的角度看,提高图书馆电子资源利用率,关键在于刺激读者的心理需求,通过逐步完善电子资源建设从而不断满足读者的需求,取得馆藏资源建设与读者学习利用的双赢。Electronic resources play a more and more important role in the information society. According to the survey, there is a problem of low utilization when readers use the electronic resources, mainly because of readers’ unknown and little demand. From a psychological point of view, if you want to improve the utilization of the electronic resources in the library, the key is to excite the readers’ psychological demand, by gradually improving the construction of electronic resources and continually satisfying the reads’ demand, for achieving a win-win situation between the construction of the library’s collection resources and the readers’ study.
