正常人群血清促甲状腺激素水平与血脂异常的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨正常人群中血清促甲状腺激素（TSH）与脂肪代谢的关系。方法选取2012年1—12月体检健康且甲状腺功能正常者1002例。观察不同年龄段、性别、体重指数、血清TSH的差异，比较正常范同内不同TSH水平者血脂的差异。结果女性血清TSH值明显高于男性[（3．4±1．7）mIU／L比（2．7±1．6）mIU／L，P〈0．05]；体重超重者TSH水平高于体重正常者[（3．0±0．9）mIU／L比（2．4±0．8）mIU／L，P〈0．05]。女性TSH〉2．50～4．78mIU／L者体重指数、总胆崮醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于TSH≤2．50mIU／L者[体重指数：（23．7±3．4）kg／m=比（22．8±2．5）kg／m2，总胆固醇：（5．0±1．2）mmol／L比（4．2±0．7）mmol／L，低密度脂蛋白胆固醇：（2．9±1．0）mmol／L比（2．4±0．7）mmol／L，P〈0．05]，血清TSH水平与年龄、体重指数、总胆固醇呈正相关（r值分别为0．104、0．180、0．233，均P〈0．01）。结论在甲状腺功能正常人群．血清TSH水平与总胆固醇旱正相关。Objective To explore the relation between serum thyroid stiumlating hormone （TSH） level and lipid metabolism in euthyroid subjects. Methods The 1 002 subjects involving physical examination and who had a normalthyroid function from Jan. to Dec. of 2012 were enrolled in the study. The age, gender, body mass index, serum TSH were analyzed, lipid levels of different TSH levels within the normal range were compared. Results Serum TSH level was significantly higher in women group than in men group [ （ 3.4 ± 1.7 ） mlU/L vs （2.7 ± 1.6） mIU/L, P 〈 0.05 ] ; and significantly higher in overweight group than in control group [ （ 3.0 -± 0.9） mIU/L vs （2.4 ± 0.8 ） mlU/L, P 〈 0.05] ; levels of body mass index, total cholesterol, low-density lipopro- rein-cholesterol were increased in TSH 〉 2. 50-4. 78 mlU/L women group compared with those in TSH ≤ 2.50 mlU/L women group. Pearson relation analysis showed that TSH was associatiated positively with age and to- tal cholesterol in all euthyroid subjects（r = 0. 104, 0. 180, 0. 233, all P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The serum level of TSH is positively correlated with total cholesterol.
