论当前珠江——西江经济带经济发展中的几个问题及其反思

摘　　要：流域经济协调有序发展成为目前区域经济发展中新的热点。珠江—西江地区地跨广东、广西两省,一衣带水,但经济发展却极不平衡。原因是旧的发展理念不能解决路通与财通、发展与公平、产业转移与后发崛起这些突出问题。粤桂合作特别试验区的建立是促进珠江—西江经济带协调发展的主要出路。Coordinate and orderly development of basin economy has become a hot topic in the current regional economic development. Though the valley of Zhujiang River and Xijiang Rivers covers an area connected with Guangdong and Guangxi, the economic development in this area is unbalanced. Because of the old ideas of development, the problems of transportation and financial integration, development and fairness, industrial transfer and later development still remain unsolved. Therefore, the solution to the problems is to promote the harmonious development in the Zhujiang-Xijiang Economic Belt by establishing a special experimental zone through cooperation between Guangdong and Guangxi.
