复合小梁切除术联合可调整缝线术治疗青光眼的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分析对复合小梁切除术联合可调整缝线术治疗青光眼的临床疗效。方法选取在该院接受治疗的青光眼患者82例,将其平均分为实验组和对照组,每组41例,对照组患者采用复合小梁切除术对患者进行治疗,实验组患者在应用复合小梁切除术治疗的基础上给予可调整缝线术进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者经治疗后,实验组患者的总有效率(92.67%)明显高于对照组患者的总有效率(56.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,实验组患者的平均眼压为(35.42±3.69)mmHg,对照组患者的平均眼压为(34.08±3.19)mmHg,实验组术后并发症的发生率为(4.87%)明显低于对照组患者治疗后的术后并发症发生率为(29.27%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复合小梁切除术联合可调整缝线术治疗青光眼的临床疗效较仅应用复合小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床疗效显著,安全可靠,可以在临床上广泛应用。Objective To analyze and study the clinical curative effect of complex trabeculectomy combined with adjustable suture on glaucoma. Methods 82 cases of patients with glaucoma treated in our hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group with 41 cases in each. The control group were treated with complex trabeculectomy, the experimental group were treated with adjustable suture on the basis of complex trabeculectomy. The clinical curative effect of two groups was compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate （92.67%） of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that （56.09%） of the patients in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）. The average IOP of the patients in the experimental group was （35.42±3.69）mmHg, and that of the patients in the control group was （34.08±3.19）mmHg; the incidence of postoperative complications of the experimental group was 4.87%, obviously lower than that （29.27%） of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of com-plex trabeculectomy combined with adjustable suture is better than that of complex trabeculectomy for the treatment of glaucoma, and it is safe and reliable, so can be widely used in clinical practice.
