硫辛酸注射液联合肢体气压泵治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨硫辛酸注射液联合肢体气压泵治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。方法选住院糖尿病周围神经病变的病人64例,随机分为两组,治疗组32例给予硫辛酸注射液联合肢体气压泵治疗,对照组32例单纯给予甲钴胺片口服治疗,疗程为20 d。观察两组治疗前后患者周围神经症状及神经传导速度变化,进行疗效评价。结果治疗后,患者周围神经病变症状改善情况,治疗组总有效率90.63%,对照组43.75%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者周围神经传导速度比较,治疗组治疗后[腓总神经(56.85.2±10.41)m/s;胫神经(63.32±11.46)m/s]较治疗前腓总神经(22.35±12.23)m/s;胫神经(27.83±14.35)m/s神经传导速度明显增高(P<0.01),与对照组[腓总神经(28.07±11.69)m/s;胫神经(24.27±10.95)m/s]比较,神经传导速度明显增高(P<0.01)。结论硫辛酸注射液联合肢体气压泵治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著,且优于甲钴胺片对照组。Objective To observe the curative effect of lipoic acid injection combined with body pressure pump in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 64 cases of inpatients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. 32 cases in the treatment group were given lipoic acid injection combined with body pressure pump for treatment, 32 cases in the control group were only given mecobalamine tablets oral treatment, 20 days for a course of treatment. The changes of peripheral nerve symptoms and nerve conduction velocity of two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed, and the efficacy was evaluated. Results in the aspect of peripheral nerve conduction velocity, the treatment group＇s peroneal nerve was 56.85.2±10.41m/s; tibial nerve was 63.32±11.46m/s, compared with the data peroneal nerve was 22.35±12.23m/s; tibial nerve was 27.83±14.35m/s before the treatment, the nerve conduction velocity increased significantly（P〈0.01）,and compared with those the control group（peroneal nerve was 28.07±11.69 m/s; tibial nerve was 24.27±10.95 m/s）, the nerve conduction velocity increased obviously（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The effect of lipoic acid combined with body pressure pump in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is remarkable, and better than the effect of mecobalamin tablets given to the control group.
