摘 要:目的应用三维重建虚拟图像验证婴幼儿髋关节解剖结构与二维超声图像匹配度,来正确评价婴幼儿髋关节发育状况。方法选取国人婴幼儿新鲜尸体标本20具(其中男性10具,女性10具),行64排螺旋CT骨盆扫描,将测量数据应用Amira软件建立三维重建虚拟现实图像,观察其骨形态特征及彼此的空间形态位置关系并进行二维超声平面的确定及超声图像的测量。结果三维可视化图像提供了精确的婴幼儿髋关节三维解剖学基础,丰富了二维超声技术对发育性髋关节脱位(DDH)诊断的可靠性及准确性。结论通过三维可视化图像能够清晰显示髋关节骨形态结构并进行二维超声平面的确定及超声图像的测量,证明二维超声法可以准确地评价婴幼儿髋关节发育状况,二维超声法可以作为婴幼儿DDH首选的检查方法。Objective To evaluate accurately the development of infant hip by image matching three-dimensional(3-D)reconstruction of anatomy of the infant hip and two dimensional ultrasound images.Methods CT scanning images from fresh infant corpse specimen(males 10,females 10)were transformed into Amira 5.4.5software,3-D models of hip joint and bone morphology were reconstructed.The two dimensional ultrasound planes were determined.Then 3-D model images were compared to the measurement of ultrasonic images.Results 3Dvisualization provides the accurate three-dimensional anatomical basis for the infant hip,and improve the reliability and accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound technology for diagnosis of developmental dislocation of hip joint.Conclusion 3-D visual images can clearly reproduce the actual osseous anatomy,be invaluable for understanding the characteristics of the deformity and determine the two-dimensional plane of ultrasound,and verify the two-dimensional ultrasound.It could be used as preferred inspection method for infant developmental hip joint dislocation
