风险预防理论在儿科护理安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨风险预防理论在儿童护理安全管理中的应用。方法:选取2012年7-12月于笔者所在医院儿科进行治疗的患儿250例,作为对照组,施以常规护理,另选2013年1-6月于笔者所在医院儿科进行治疗的患儿250例,作为试验组,在常规护理的基础上将风险预防理论加于护理干预中,比较两组患儿的护理缺陷发生情况以及患儿家长对两组护理模式的满意程度。结果:试验组患儿护理缺陷发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而家长对风险预防理论的护理模式的满意度较常规护理模式更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的同时对护理人员进行风险预防理论教育,更有利于提高儿科护理质量,保障患儿安全,适合临床推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical application of risk prevention theory in pediatric nursing safety management.Method：250 cases of children from July 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital were selected as control group,treated by routine care.250 cases of children from January 2013 to June 2013 in our hospital were selected as experimental group,treated by risk prevention theory adding in nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The care defects and parents’ satisfaction to care model of two groups were analyzed.Result：The care defect rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P＆lt;0.01）,the parents’satisfaction with care model theory of risk prevention of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Nurses theoretical risk prevention education on the basis of routine care can help to improve the quality of pediatric care and protect the safety of children.
