医学信息共享模式与合作机制的研究与实践分析

摘　　要：我国当前大多将研究的重点放在病案信息系统方面,对于医学档案信息共享的研究不够深入成熟。在流行病学调查管理机制、疾病控制机构全面发展的背景之下,加强对医学信息共享模式以及合作机制的研究有重要意义。针对医学信息共享所处的整体环境条件进行了探讨,并建立在Internet平台基础之上,实现数据库模式的统一,拟通过此种方式解决在医学信息共享与合作方面存在的难点,促进医学信息数据交换的全面发展。In China,most of the current studies focus on the medical record information system, for the study of medical record information sharing is not enough mature. Under the comprehensive development in the epidemiological investigation of management mechanism,disease control agencies to strengthen the background,it is significant to study sharing model and cooperative mechanism of medical information. In view of the medical information sharing of the whole environment conditions were discussed,and based on the Internet platform,unified database model,proposed by this way to solve the problems existing in the sharing and cooperation of medical information,promote the comprehensive development of medical information data exchange.
