摘　　要：储运企业大多是计划经济时期以仓储为主要业务的国有企业。随着市场经济的发展,企业自身原有的物资储运、调拨等功能已被淘汰,在资产、人员、经营等方面困难较多,已不能满足社会发展需要。文章从浅析"金融物流"的概念、发展等角度入手,探讨其在推动传统储运企业向现代物流企业转型中的作用。The storage and transport enterprise is the state-owned enterprises which is based on storage in the period of planned economy. With the development of the market economy, enterprise itself having the original material storage and transportation, transfers, and other functions have been eliminated. Aspects as assets, personnel, management can not meet the needs of the social development. From the concept and development of finance logistics, this paper indicates the role of finance logistics to promote storage and transport enterprises.
