甘薯产业在云南山地农业中的作用

摘　　要：云南多山,其农业是典型的山地农业,发展重点以畜牧业和劳动力密集型种植业为宜。我国是世界最大的甘薯种植国。通过对统计数据的比较,对甘薯在云南山地农业中的作用进行了分析,结果发现云南甘薯种植面积约7万hm2,为全国第15位,约70%的薯块用于饲料。在云南山地农业中,甘薯具有一定的优势,未来将会有一定的发展。建议以市场为导向,抓住云南畜牧业快速发展的机遇,抓住甘薯产业由东向西转移的机遇,促进云南甘薯种植业发展,在云南农业中发挥更大的作用。As a mountainous province,Yunnan agriculture is the mountain farming,whose priority is both the animal husbandry and Labor-intensive production. China is the largest sweet potato production consumption country in the world. The role of sweet potato industry in mountain farming in Yunnan was analyzed by comparing statistics data.The results showed that the sweet potato acreages is approximately 70 000 hectares in Yunnan At present,which located at position 15 of China the 70%tuber is consumed as forage. In mountain farming in Yunnan,sweet potato has some definite advantages and will develop to an extent in the future. Some countermeasures and proposals on the sweet potato industry in Yunnan were discussed.
