山西高校健美操专业人才培养与社会需求脱节研究  

On the Disconnect of Aerobics Talent Cultivation and the Social Demand in Shanxi Colleges and Universities

摘　　要：文章以山西四所高校以及五家省内知名健身会所为调查对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对山西省内高校的健美操人才培养进行研究。通过数据分析了解到当前省内健美操专业人才的培养存在与社会需求严重脱节的现象。如何让学生更专业、如何让学生掌握健身课程的教法和理论,是我们现在共同需要面对的问题。通过对现状的分析和前景展望,当前需要我们改变专业的设置,让学生有更多的选择,让学生掌握更多的技能是我们的出发点和最终目标。在此对山西健美操长远发展和学生的就业形势进行简单调查、分析和建议,以更好地适应新形势下健美操事业的发展和学生的长远发展。This article takes four universities in Shanxi Province and five well-known fitness centers in Shanxi province as investigation objects, uses the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, to study Shanxi Province colleges and universities aerobics training. Through data analysis, the study is to understand the disconnect phenomenon of the current province aerobics professional talents cultivation and social needs. How to make students more professional, how to make students master classes teaching and theory, need us to face the problems together. Through the analysis of the present situations and prospect, we need to change current professional settings, let students have more choices, let students learn more skills, which is our starting point and ultimate goal. In the long-term development of Shanxi aerobics and students＇ employment situation simple investigation, analysis, and the suggestion, the study is to better adapt to the new situations, to the development of aerobics and the long-term development of students.
