舒心饮对冠心病心绞痛气阴两虚型患者血脂变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察舒心饮对冠心病心绞痛气阴两虚型患者血脂变化的影响。方法:将50例冠心病心绞痛气阴两虚型患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各25例。两组均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组同时给予舒心饮治疗,疗程均为10周。分别于治疗前后检测两组患者血清TC、LDL、HDL水平的变化。结果:治疗后治疗组LDL、TC水平较治疗前下降(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后LDL、TC水平变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组LDL、TC水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒心饮可降低冠心病心绞痛患者血清TC、LDL水平。Objective： To observe the effect of ＂ Shuxin Drink＂ on lipid changes of patients with coronary angina of deficiency of qi and yin pattern. Methods： Fifty cases with coronary angina of this pattern were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. Both of the groups were treated with routine western medicine, and treated group was added with ＂Shuxin Drink＂, with the course of 10 weeks. We observed the levels of serum TC, LDL, HDL before and after treatment in both g^ups. Results： After treatment, the levels of LDL and TC were reduced in treatment group （P 〈 0.05）. In control group, no significant difference was found in the levels of LDL and TC between before and after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; after treatment, the levels of LDL and TC in treatment group were lower than that of the controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： ＂Shuxin Drink＂ can reduce the levels of serum TC and LDL in patients with coronary angina.
