穴位敷贴结合穴位注射治疗支气管哮喘缓解期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位敷贴结合穴位注射治疗支气管哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法:将157例哮喘缓解期患者随机分为治疗组78例和对照组79例。治疗组采用药饼敷贴天突和大椎穴,同时喘可治注射液注射于两侧足三里穴治疗;对照组采用茶碱缓释片口服治疗。两组疗程均为8周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量评分及肺功能。结果:治疗后,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为88.5%和68.4%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的活动受限、哮喘症状、心理功能状况、对刺激原反应、自我健康的关心评分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),对照组患者的活动受限、哮喘症状评分较治疗前亦显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的心理功能状况、对刺激原反应、自我健康的关心评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的FEV1/FVC较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的FEV1、FEV1/FVC较对照组亦显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴结合穴位注射治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者,能够较好地缓解患者的临床症状,改善患者的肺功能,提高患者的生活质量。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with acupoint injection on bronchial asthma in remission stage. Methods： One hundred and fifty-seven cases of bronchial asthma in remission stage were randomly divided into two groups： the control group in which 79 cases were treated with Theo-Dur and the treatment group in which 78 cases were treated with acupoint application on Tiantu （CV 22） and Dazhui （GV 14） points combined with acupoint injection on Zusanli （ ST 36） with ＂＇ Chuankezhi Injection＂. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. The clinical effect, life quality scores and lung function were observed and compared. Results： The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 88.5 % and 68.4% respectively, and the effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the scores of activity limitation, asthma symptom, mental function, response to stimuli and self health care in treatment group were markedly decreased compared with before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the scores of activity limitation and asthma symptom in control group were also decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the scores of mental function, response to stimuli and self health care in treatment group were lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the level of FEV1/FVC of treatment group was obviously increased compared with before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of treatment group were higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupoint application combined with acupoint injection can relieve the symptoms, improve the lung function, and enhance the quality of life for the patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage.
