辨证分型治疗儿童多动症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察辨证分型治疗儿童多动症的临床疗效。方法:27例患儿(西药对照组)给予利他林片治疗,79例患儿(中药治疗组)给予辨证分型治疗,其中心肝火旺型(28例)给予泻心宁神汤治疗,肝肾阴虚型(26例)给予补肾益脑汤治疗,心脾两虚型(25例)给予养心益智汤治疗,疗程8周。结果:西药对照组和中药治疗组各型治疗4周和8周后,多动指数评分、注意缺陷与多动障碍评分和中医证候评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗8周后各积分均较治疗4周时降低(P<0.05)。西药对照组和中药治疗组各型之间同期各积分无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:中医辨证分型治疗儿童多动症的临床疗效良好。Objective ： To observe clinical efficacy of treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ ADHD ） in eki[dren according to symptoms differentiation. Methods： Twenty-seven cases in western control group were treated with Ritalin Tablets, and seventy-nine cases in Chinese medicine group were treated by symptoms differentiation. Twenty-eight cases of hyperactivity of heart-liver fire pattern in Chinese medicine group were treated with ＂Xiexin Ningshen Decoction＂ ; 26 cases of yin deficiency of liver and kidney pattern were treated with ＂Bushen Yinao Decoction＂ ; 25 cases with deficiency of both heart and spleen pattern were treated with ＂＇ Yangxin Yizhi Decoction＂, with the course of 8 weeks. Results： Western control group and Chinese medicine group were treated for 4 and 8 weeks respectively. The scores of hyperkinetic syndrome, attentiondeficit, hyperactivity disorder and TCM syndrome were reduced markedly （P 〈 0.05 ） ; after 8 weeks treatment, the indicators were reduced much more than that of the 4 weeks treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the indicators between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Symptoms differentiation is effective in treating children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD）.
