羚蝎胶囊对局灶性缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织病理形态学的影响

摘  要:目的:探讨羚蝎胶囊防治大鼠急性缺血性中风的作用机制。方法:将54只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、羚蝎胶囊组。采用穿线法行大脑中动脉栓塞术复制大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,术前第7天至术后24 h分别给予相应的干预措施。术后24 h检测各组大鼠患侧脑组织含水量,并观察患侧脑组织形态学变化。结果:造模后24 h,羚蝎胶囊组和模型组大鼠患侧脑含水量较假手术组显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),羚蝎胶囊组较模型组明显下降(P<0.05)。羚蝎胶囊组大鼠脑组织结构损伤明显较模型组减轻。结论:羚蝎胶囊能显著减轻脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑水肿及脑组织损伤。Objective: To investigate the mechanism of " Lingxie Capsule" in the prevention and treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods: Fifty-four SD rats were randomized into sham operation group, model group and "Lingxie Capsule" group. Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) by threading was used to duplicate the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) models of rats. The corresponding intervening measures were used from the 7th day before operation to 24h after operation. Both the cerebral water content was determined and brain pathologic changes were observed in I/R side of brain at 24h after operation. Results : Twenty-four hours after modeling, the cerebral water content in I/R side of both model group and "Lingxie Capsule" group were higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), and the cerebral water content in "Lingxie Capsule" group was decreased much more than that of the model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The brain injury was relieved much more in treatment group than that of the model group. Conclusion: " Lingxie Capsule" can alleviate encephaledema and brain damage after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats.
