医药产业集群的政府行为研究综述

摘　　要：在对国内外医药产业集群现象中的政府行为的相关研究文献进行梳理和评述,依次从医药产业集群政府行为的相关概念、产业集群政府行为、医药产业集群中的政府行为3个层面对相关研究进行概括和评论。目前医药产业集群政府行为的相关研究中,国外学者研究对象主要是产业集群中政府角色和政府制定的集群政策,而国内学者则对产业集群生命周期理论和政府层次观点分析,并进行相关实证研究。The domestic and foreign research literatures on the government behavior of pharmaceutical industry cluster was teased and analyzed from three aspects including the related concepts of pharmaceutical industry cluster government action, the government behavior of industrial cluster and the government behavior of pharmaceutical industry cluster. We found that foreign scholars mainly focused on the role of government played in industrial cluster and the government’s policy on cluster, while the domestic ones usually focused on the life cycle theory of industrial clusters and the analysis of government level perspective and performed the relative empirical study.
