天山北坡逆温带地区郁金香与荷兰进口种球品质比较

摘　　要：[目的]分析郁金香在天山北坡逆温带地区与荷兰种植生产的种球品质,比较种球的物质代谢变化与种球品质,确立繁育郁金香种球的理想之地.[方法]选择达尔文杂交系的郁金香品种世界真爱（Word＇sFavourite）和金检阅（Golden parade）,10月下旬在天山北坡逆温带地区进行种植,来年开花后,待花茎叶枯黄,鳞茎外膜呈褐色时采挖,整理好后放在温度20℃左右、通风条件好的房间中自然贮藏.每个月分别取一次样,测其还原糖、可溶性糖、淀粉及蛋白质的含量.[结果]在贮藏期不论是还原糖、可溶性糖、淀粉还是蛋白质的含量都比刚贮藏时有较大幅度地增加,而种球的重量减少,与荷兰进口常规种球相比,品质基本相当,种球重量较重.[结论]天山北坡逆温带地区（海拔1 100～1 800m）繁育的郁金香种球可以达到或超过荷兰进口常规种球的标准,是繁育郁金香种球的理想之地.[Objective] This project aims to compare the material metabolism change and the quality the two kinds of tulip bulbs through the analysis of their quality of the tulips cultivated on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain and in Netherlands to establish that the temperature inversion region on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain is an ideal place to breed tulip bulbs.[Method] World＇s Favorite and Golden Parade of the Darwin Hybrid were selected,planted in the temperature inversion region on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain.After flowering the next year and when the stem and leaves were withered and turned yellow and the outer membrane turned brown,the bulbs were excavated and sorted and stored naturally in a room with good ventilation and at the temperature of around 20℃.Every month,a sample was taken out,the amount of reducing sugar,soluble sugar,starch and protein were measured.[Result] During storage,the content of reducing sugar,soluble sugar,starch and protein all increased greatly those when the bulbs were first stored,but the weight of the bulbs was reducd.Compared to the normal bulbs imported from Netherlands,the quality was basically the same,and the weight of the bulbs was heavier.[Conclusion] The tulip bulbs cultivated in the temperature inversion region on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain（1100-1800 meters above the sea level） can reach or exceed the standard of the normal bulbs imported from Netherlands.
