摘 要:[目的]研究棉秆生物质炭对灰漠土、风沙灌淤土速效磷、钾的影响.[方法]采用室内培养试验,分别以两种土壤为研究对象,设置四个处理,分别为空白土壤(CK)、土壤质量0.5%的棉秆炭(0.5%BC)、土壤质量1.0%的棉秆炭(1.0% BC)、土壤质量2.0%的棉秆炭(2.0% BC);检测不同培育时间,两种土壤的pH、速效磷、速效钾、阳离子交换量(CEC)的变化.[结果]棉秆炭(BC)呈现碱性,随着添加量的增加,不同程度的提高两种土壤pH、速效磷、速效钾、阳离子交换量.其中棉秆炭高剂量(2%)处理能明显提高两种土壤速效磷、速效钾(P<0.05),增加幅度分别为25.21% ~45.79%、10.24% ~ 28.05%、23.34% ~ 101.17%、38.95% ~62.36%.[结论]棉杆炭具有激活两种土壤速效磷、速效钾的效应,对土壤保肥能力有一定的影响.[Objective] The study focuses on the effect of cotton stem biochar (BC) applied on changing available P and K in grey desert soil and sand irrigated soil.[Method] Two types of soil were taken as trial materials,and four treatments were set,which were 0% biochar (CK),and 0.5% biochar,1.0% biochar and 2.0% biochar,respectively.Indoor incubation experiment was conducted to investigate pH value,and available P,and K,and cation exchange capacity (CEC).[Result] PH value,CEC,available P and K was increased by dosage of BC applied in soil; High dosage of BC (2%) applied would lead to soil available P,and K improvement in short term (P 〈0.05).The inceasing rates were 25.21%-45.79%.10.24-28.05%.23.34%-101.17% and 38.95%-62.36%,respectively.[Conclusion] It was inferred that soil available P and K could be activated through application of cotton stalk biochar,and the applied biochar could improve soil fertility to a certain extent.
