摘 要:【目的】对新疆乌鲁木齐及昌吉多个马铃薯产区范围内的马铃薯黄萎病菌进行分离和鉴定,明确其种类和分布。【方法】采用常规分离培养法分离、纯化菌株,参照Koch's法则回接验证,对确认为马铃薯黄萎病菌的菌株进行形态学鉴定和ITS序列分子鉴定。【结果】引起本地马铃薯黄萎病的病菌有两种:黑白轮枝菌(Verticillium albo-atrum Reinke&Berthold)和大丽轮枝菌(V.dahliae Kleb.),其中,大丽轮枝菌分布范围相对较广,是引起马铃薯黄萎病的主要病原。【结论】明确了乌昌地区马铃薯黄萎病的致病菌株的种类,并获得菌株为开展相关研究奠定基础。[Objective] The study aims to isolate and identify the pathogens causing Verticillium wilt of potato in areas of Urumqi and Changji in Xinjiang.[Method] Morphological observation and ITS sequence analysis were used to identify the kinds of pathogens on the basis of Koch's rule.[Result] There were two pathogens causing Verticillium wilt of potato in these areas:Verticillium albo-atrum Reinke & Berthold and V.dahliae Kleb.The latter was the main pathogen.[Conclusion] The pathogens causing Verticillium wilt of potato were isolated and proved through the study,which laid the foundation for further study of the pathogenesis of the disease and effective prevention and control of them in the future.
