摘  要:[目的]对不同培养条件下香梨黑斑病菌(Alternaria alternata)的生长特性进行研究,以期明确该病菌的生物学特性.[方法]在不同培养条件(包括培养基、碳源、氮源、温度、酸碱度、光照条件)下,培养香梨黑斑病菌7d,测量其菌落直径大小,观察其菌丝及分生孢子生长状况,用SPSS 18.0软件对相关数据进行统计分析.[结果]香梨黑斑病菌在PSA、PCA培养基上生长较好,在理查氏培养基上生长较慢.最佳碳源为可溶性淀粉和蔗糖;能够充分利用蛋白胨;在15~ 35℃温度范围内均能生长,最适生长温度为25~ 30℃.在pH为4.5~9.0之间均生长,最适pH5.0~8.0.在全光照培养条件下有利于菌丝的生长,在全黑暗条件下,有利于分生孢子的产生.[结论]通过研究该病菌在不同培养条件下的生长情况,明确了该病菌的最适生长条件,为建立该病菌常规生物学检测方法提供理论依据.[Objective] This study aims to reseach the growth characteristics of Alternaria alternata of Korla pears in order to make clear the biological characteristics of the bacteria,the pathogens of black spot disease.[Method]The fungus has been cultivated 7 days in different culture conditions (including media,carbon sources,nitrogen source,temperature,acidity and alkalinity,light condition),and its colonies diameter was measured and growth conditions of Mycelium and spores were observed.And software SPSS 18.0 was used for statistical analysis for the relevant data.[Result] The result showed that the fungus could grow better on the PSA and PCA than Richard.The best carbon source was soluble starch and sucrose for the fungus and it could fully utilize the peptone.It could grow within 15 ~35℃,and 25 ~30℃ was its optimum temperature.The fungus could grow in pH 4.5 to pH 9.0,and its optimal pH was pH 5.0 to pH 8.0.Full light was beneficial to the mycelium growth of Alternaria alternate.Complete dark conditions contributed to the growth of spores.
