摘　　要：【目的】了解哈萨克斯坦(以下简称哈国)农业领域资源、现状及发展趋势。加强中哈两国农业合作,提升两国农业合作水平。带动新疆设施农业技术、产品、装备劳务出口,哈国建立相关示范园,使其成为我国设施农业技术和装备对外展示的窗口,形成辐射中亚地区的设施农业技术、产品集成与扩散、市场等信息交流的平台。【方法】实地调研并在哈萨克斯坦建立设施农业产业科技示范园。【结果】哈国设施农业处于起步阶段,温室类型较多,栽培水平低,不利于标准化管理。【结论】哈国设施农业水平偏低,规模小。发展设施农业须引进国外先进管理栽培技术和国家财政扶持性投入。[Objective] This program aims to comprehend the present situation and the trend of development about facility agricultural resources in Kazakhstan,to strengthen agricultural cooperation,and improve the cooperation level between China and Kazakhstan,which might help to promote the export of facility agricultural technologies,products,equipments and services from Xinjiang to this country.[Method] Field investigation was carried out and science and technology demonstration park was set up,which acted as a window of our country to exhibit facility agricultural equipments and technology,and a platform to share and spread market information and facility agricultural technology which might cover the whole central Asia.The established platform could also contribute to gathering and selling relative agricultural products and technologies.[Result]The development of facility agriculture in Kazakhstan is still in a beginning stage with multiple greenhouses and low level of cultivation,which makes it difficult to carry out standardization management.[Conclusion] The development level of facility agriculture in Kazakhstan is at quite a low level with rather small scale.Advanced foreign management and cultivating technology must be introduced to develop its facility agriculture.Meanwhile,to develop facility agriculture there,national financial support investment is also needed.
