摘　　要：利用微库仑法原理,设计了一种基于S3C6410和WinCE6.0的碳氢分析仪,主要包括信号采集模块、A/D转换模块、上位机系统设计、数据校准等。详细地介绍了碳氢分析仪的软硬件设计方案,实现了对碳氢分析的电解控制、涂膜控制、极性转换、终点控制、电压调节、温度控制等功能。利用嵌入式系统和SQLite数据库,设计了基于WinCE6.0的操作界面,完成了对检测数据的管理,实现了碳氢分析仪的微型化和自动化检测。A carbon-hydrogen analyzer is designed based on S3C6410 and WinCE6.0 with micro-coulomb method principle,which mainly includes signal acquisition module,A/D conversion module,the upper machine system design,data calibration,etc.The design solution of hardware and software for carbon-hydrogen analyzer is introduced in detail to realize the functions of electrolytic control,coating control,polarity conversion,terminal control,voltage regulation,temperature control,etc.Using embedded system and SQLite database,an operating interface based on WinCE6.0 is designed and the management of testing data is completed,as well as the miniaturization and auto-detecting for carbon-hydrogen analyzer are implemented.
