摘  要:涡轮流量计叶片的制造公差将导致输出信号频率波动,因而传统的测周法噪声较大。提出一种涡轮流量测量算法,通过滚动采集涡轮流量计循环周期内多个连续脉冲信号的脉冲群周期,每采集到一个新的脉冲就计算一次当前脉冲群的平均周期和频率,再利用流量-频率对应关系得到当前流量。该方法能够解决现有技术中涡轮流量计信号测量的实时性与精确性之间的矛盾。The manufacturing tolerances of the blades of the turbine flowmeter lead to the frequency fluctuations of the output signal,thus the noise of the conventional cycle test method is relatively large.A new algorithm of turbine flow measurement is presented,by getting scroll acquisition of group period of several continuous pulse signal cycles of turbine flowmeter by data acquisition board,the average period of the current pulse group is calculated once acquiring a new pulse,then the current frequency is calculating by the current average period.The current flow can be achieved by using the correspondence between the flow and frequency.This method is able to solve the contradiction between the real-time and accuracy of the turbine flowmeter signal measurement under modern technology.
