论弗洛伊德精神分析理论对埃利森短篇小说创作的影响

摘　　要：拉尔夫·埃利森以他的两部长篇小说闻名于世,他的短篇小说,尤其是《飞回家》和《宾戈游戏之王》也非常出色。在这两部短篇小说中,埃利森运用了弗洛伊德精神分析理论中的人格结构理论和梦的运作,展现了主人公作为黑人寻找自我的过程,揭示了白人对黑人的剥削和压制。这两部短篇小说为埃利森创作长篇小说做了充分准备,研究这两篇短篇小说对于研究埃利森的长篇小说具有非常重要的意义。Ralph Ellison is well-known in the world for his two novels, but his short stories are also very outstanding, especially Flying Home and King of the Bingo Game. In these two short stories, Ellison uses Freud＇s psychoanalytic theory including the personality structure theory and the dream work to reflect the process of the main character as a black searching for self and reveal the exploitation and control of the white over the black. These two short stories lay a foundation for Ellison＇s creation of the novels. It is very important to research these two short stories for the study of Ellison^s novels.
