摘 要:目的研究微波工艺代替水浴加热对过氧化氢漂白OCC纸浆漂白效果的影响。方法 OCC纸浆经EDTA处理后加入硫酸镁、硅酸钠和氢氧化钠搅拌均匀,在60℃水浴中加热3 min,在微波工艺下进行双氧水漂白,研究了碱比(m(NaOH)∶m(H2O2))、H2O2用量、微波功率和微波时间对纸浆亮度(CIE L*)和残液COD值的影响,并与常规水浴加热漂白进行了对比。结果当碱比为0.2、H2O2的质量分数为2%、微波功率为300 W、微波时间为150 s时,纸浆亮度提高了69.3%,与水浴加热漂白相比提高了25.51%,COD值降低了32.43%。结论微波工艺可以明显缩短OCC纸浆漂白的时间,提高漂白效率,获得比水浴加热漂白更高的纸浆亮度,残液COD值也处于更低水平。Objective To study the effect of microwave technology on OCC pulp bleaching with hydrogen peroxide. Methods OCC pulp was first treated by EDTA, and then evenly mixed with magnesium sulfate, sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide. The pulp was heated in a 60℃ water bath for 3 minutes, and then heated in a microwave during the hydrogen peroxide bleaching. The influences of alkali ratio (rn(NaOH) :m(H2O2)), H2O2 dosage, microwave power and heating time on the pulp brightness(CIE L*) and the COD of raffinate were studied, and compared to those of bleaching with conventional water bath heating. Results When the alkali ratio was 0.2, the H2O2 dosage was 2%, the microwave power was 300 W, the heating time was 150 s, the pulp brightness was increased by 69.3%. Compared to the water bath heating, the pulp brightness was increased by 25.51%, and the numerical value of COD was decreased by 32.43%. Conclusion Microwave technology could not only significantly shorten the bleaching time, improve the bleaching efficiency, but also achieve higher pulp brightness and lower numerical value of COD than bleaching with water bath heating.
