摘 要:目的研究包装用聚氯乙烯再生料树脂的表征鉴别技术。方法在对聚氯乙烯再生料进行热稳定性及其热降解行为研究的基础上,采用热重-傅里叶变换红外光谱联用技术对聚氯乙烯再生料进行表征鉴别。结果聚氯乙烯再生料由多组分组成,分解失重分为2个阶段,第1阶段(220~370℃)释放乙酸和氯化氢气体,第2阶段(370~550℃)是由增塑剂和碳氢链段的分解而引起的。结论该技术可有效鉴别包装用聚氯乙烯再生料的成分。Objective To study the technology for characterization and identification of recycled PVC plastics for packaging. Methods The characterization and identification of Recycled PVC plastics were investigated by FTIR and TGA-FTIR based on thermal stability and pyrolysis characteristics. Results The results showed that there were many components in recycled PVC plastics, and thermal pyrolysis could be divided into two decomposition stages. At the first stage (220 - 370℃ ), acetic acid and hydrogen chloride were released, whereas at the second stage (370 - 550 %;), pyrolysis of plasticizers and hydrocarbon chain occurred. Conclusion This technology could effectively identify the composition of recycled PVC plastics for packaging.
