摘  要:为解决红外图像高质量要求与紧张的卫星有效载荷资源间矛盾,针对Xenics公司的InGaAs短波红外探测器XLIN-1.7-2048开展电制冷试验以确定其工作模式。对比暗背景与不同光辐照情况下,探测器开启半导体热电制冷与不制冷时的像元均值、噪声与灵敏度,综合考虑系统要求、功耗、辐冷板面积、重量及可靠性等因素,最终确定常温工作状态下的工作模式。A thermoelectric cooling experiment of [nGaAs SWIR detector (XLIN-1.7-2048) produced by Xenics was worked out to eliminate conflicts between requirement of high quality infrared image and the scarce resources of satellite payload, and to determine the operation mode. Under the conditions of dark field and different levels of light intensity, parameters of pixel mean, noise and sensitivity are contrast when the thermoelectric cooler is in on or off status. In consideration of the comprehensive facts, such as power consumption, radiation panel area, weight and reliability, the operation mode of the detector working in normal temperature status was determined.
