摘 要:反潜是潜艇最富挑战性的一种任务,对潜艇的反潜作战方案进行评估是评价反潜效能的有力手段。文章对武器系统评估中常用的ADC法进行了改进,在考虑潜艇的协同能力、生存能力、作战人员素养、作战环境因素的基础上,提出了潜艇反潜作战的评估指标体系。对于假定的作战条件,分别采用潜艇的3大基本战法作为作战方案,运用改进的ADC法,评估3大基本战法在潜艇反潜作战行动方案中的效能。计算结果表明,利用改进ADC法进行潜艇反潜作战效能评估是有效可行的。Anti-submarine is one of most challenging missions for submarine, and evaluation scheme of the anti-submarine is the strong instrument of evaluating the anti-submarine effectiveness. The common ADC method was improvedin this paper, and the evaluation index system of submarine anti-submarine combat was proposed, based on the consideration of submarine cooperative ability, survival ability, combat personnel quality and ermbat environment factors. Improved ADC method was performed using the three basic combat methods of submarine as combat scheme for assumed combat conditions, and the effectiveness of three basic combat methods was evaluation in the submarine anti-submarine combat action scheme. At last, the computation results showed that the submarine anti-submarine combat effectiveness evaluation by improved ADC method was effective and feasible.
