摘　　要：中国梦是国家之梦,即要建设社会主义现代化国家;是民族之梦,即要实现中华民族的伟大振兴;是人民之梦,即要全面建成小康社会。中国梦一定包含着美丽中国这个向度,美丽中国一定会成为中国梦的一个非常重要的内涵。十八大以来,我们党关于建设生态文明的一系列重要思想昭示着党的执政思想、执政理念、治国方式、政绩评价都将发生重大变化,这是中国特色社会主义理论的重大创新和突破。人类文明有两个简明的哲学基础,一个是人类中心论,另一个是自然中心论。环境哲学是人类文明的哲学基础和道德前提,人类文明的高级阶段是生态文明,而生态文明是人类文明的最高旨归和最终境界。参与美丽中国建设可以体现在日常生活消费的吃、穿、住、行等行为活动方面。China Dream is simuhaneously China＇s dream to be a modern Socialist country, the nation＇s dream to rejuvenate the great Chinese nation, and the people＇s dream to live in a well-off society. China Dream definitely consists of the dimension of Beautiful China which is a key connotation to the Dream. The CPC＇s ideas on constructing ecological civilization publicized since its 18th national conference manifest great changes in the Party＇s governing thoughts and philosophy, administrative strategies and performance assessment system, which indicate significant innovations and breakthroughs of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics theory. Within human civilization lie two basic philosophic foundations, one human-centric and the other nature-centric. Environmental philosophy makes up the philosophic basis and moral precondition for human civilization, and ecological civilization as its senior stage forms the ultimate ends and ambience of human civilization. People＇s participation in constructing beautiful China is possible through daily life fooding, clothing, housing and traveling.
