中医综合疗法治疗气滞血瘀型Ⅲa型前列腺炎63例

摘　　要：目的观察中医综合疗法治疗气滞血瘀型Ⅲa型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将126例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各63例。治疗组用中药内服、灌肠及针灸综合治疗,对照组口服左氧氟沙星和特拉唑嗪,均治疗4周。根据美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index,NIH-CPSI)及挤压前列腺分泌物(expressed prostatic secretion,EPS)中白细胞计数的变化评定临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组NIH-CPSI各维度评分及EPS中白细胞计数均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),但治疗组在改善上述指标方面显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中医综合疗法能显著改善气滞血瘀型Ⅲa型前列腺炎患者的疼痛不适症状、排尿症状和生活质量,其疗效明显优于常规西药治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy for type ⅢA prostatitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods A total of 126 patients with type Ⅲ A prostatitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were divided into treatment group （n=63） and control group （n= 63）. The treatment group received oral administration of traditional Chinese medicines, enema, and acupuncture, while the control group was orally given levofloxacin and terazosin. The course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups. The clinical efficacy was assessed using the National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index （NIH-CPSI） and according to the changes in leukocyte count in expressed prostatic secretion （EPS）. Results The treatment group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group （P〈0.01）. After treatment, both groups showed significant decreases in all NIH-CPSI subscale scores and leukocyte count in EPS （P〈0. 01）, but the treatment group had significantly higher decreases than the control group （P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy can relieve pain and voiding symptoms and improve the quality of life in patients with type ⅢA prostatitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. It has significantly better efficacy than conventional Western medicine treatment.
