摘  要:水泥生产线正朝着大型化方向发展,施工难度越来越大。某万吨熟料水泥生产线的熟料库与烧成窑头地沟之间钢桁架斜向总长91.4m,重68.3t,施工中改变传统安装方法,采用三段制作、两段吊装技术,即将其中两段钢结构在地面组装完成后,计算确定出科学的吊装角度,从而使钢桁架悬臂吊装至设计位置,然后再进行空中对接,该安装方法施工快速、可控性高。Cement production line witnesses its development towards large scale and it also encounters more and more construction difficulties.The steel truss between clinker silo and cooler of a 10,000 ton clinker cement production line has a total oblique length of 91.4m and its weight is 68.3t.During construction,traditional installation method is changed and 3-segment fabrication and 2-segment lifting technique is adopted,namely the steel truss is divided into three segments,two of which are assembled on ground and reasonable lifting angle is calculated in advance to ensure the steel truss could be lifted to the design position by cantilever lifting method,and then these segments are connected in the air.This installation method has many advantages,such as fast construction and high control effect.
