白车身试制焊接结构胶失效性研究

摘　　要：通过剖析试制阶段制造的试验车辆顶盖出现裂纹的现象,找出其产生的根本原因是焊接结构胶失效导致。进一步分析了焊接结构胶的原理及导致焊接结构胶失效的因素,提出了有效解决在白车身试制中焊接结构胶失效的方法,并在实际造车中得到验证是可行的。By analyzing the crack on the top of tested vehicle built during pre-prototype building phase, we find the ultimate reason is that welding structure glue is invalidation. And by further analyzing the welding structure glue theory and the factor of invalidating the welding structure glue, the method that can solve the invalidation of the weld structure is put forward. The method is viable proved by building vehicle.
