摘　　要：金属波纹补偿器是重要的压力管道元件,在工业中应用广泛。文中简要介绍了金属波纹补偿器产品现状,介绍并比较了国内主要应用的金属波纹补偿器相关标准,对金属波纹补偿器容易出现的失稳变形、疲劳破坏、焊接缺陷、综合应力等问题进行了分析。文中介绍了金属波纹补偿器失效实例,并对失效原因进行了分析。Metal bellows expansion joint is an important pressure piping component and widely used in industry. This paper briefly describes its current situation,introduces and compares the major domestic standards of bellows expansion joints. It also analysizes the problems of buckling deformation,fatigue damage,welding,comprehensive stress and other issues happened on bellows expansion joint. This paper introduces the instance of bellows expansion joint failure,and analysizes the reasons for the failure.
